Welcome to "Ma Carte de Tarot". By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

"Ma Carte de Tarot" is a free tarot reading app offering:

Full tarot deck (78 cards across major and minor arcana)
Interpretations in French, English and Portuguese
An intuitive interface with subtle animations
Offline operation for readings (ads require network access)

3. Licence to Use

3.1 Granted Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You must not:

Copy, modify or distribute the app without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code
Use the app for commercial purposes without written consent
Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices
Use the app illegally or in violation of third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

5. Advertising

The app is free and funded by advertising through Google AdMob.

5.1 Ad Formats

Banner ads: Shown on the result screen.
Interstitial ads: Full-screen ads displayed periodically (default every 5 readings).

5.2 Advertising Acceptance

By using the app you agree to view AdMob ads, which keep the experience free.

6. Divination Disclaimer

⚠️ Important

Tarot readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or psychological advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for decisions made based on interpretations provided by the app. Use the app at your own risk.

8. Changes to the App

The app may be updated or modified at any time without notice. Features can be added, changed or removed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
